If you submit an inquiry through the contact form, I will be sent your name, email address, and any additional comments to leave. This is simply for me to get back in touch with you. The information submitted through the contact form is not kept after my initial contact to you unless we continue correspondence. It is not used for marketing purposes.
Comments: When visitors leave comments on This Site, WordPress collects the data shown in the comments form (name, email address, URL if applicable, and comments) to attribute your comments to you. WordPress also collects the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so I can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically.

Newsletter Subscriptions: When you subscribe to my newsletter or request one of the free downloads, challenges, or guides I offer on This Site, I collect your name and email address in order to deliver what you requested. I use ConvertKit as my email marketing automation platform. By subscribing, you acknowledge that the information you provide will be transferred to ConvertKit for processing in accordance with their Privacy Policy. By submitting the subscription form, you agree that I may process your information in accordance with these terms. The information you send me will be kept until you notify us otherwise.
Analytics: This Site keeps track of analytics such as your IP address and which pages you view, which allows me to understand web traffic and general trends. Data is only viewable in aggregate rather than you as an individual; your IP address is encoded and it is not visible to me. This Site uses both Jetpack by WordPress and Google Analytics to track and store analytics data.
Google Analytics: Google Analytics tracks may track data such as your IP address. As the owner of This Site, I do not have access to any of this individual information and may only view analytical data in aggregate. Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service. Apart from that and the contracted services listed previously (ConvertKit, Teachable, Facebook Pixel, Amazon Services and Google Analytics) your data will not be sold or sent to any third parties.
I may have to share your personal data with the parties set out below:
- Service providers who provide IT and system administration services.
- Professional advisers including lawyers, bankers, auditors and insurers
- Government bodies that require us to report processing activities.
Retention of Data
All personal data is stored securely in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) (GDPR).

For tax purposes the law requires me to keep basic information about clients/customers (including Contact, Identity, Financial and Transaction Data) for six years after no longer being a customers.
Your Legal Rights
If you are subscribed to my newsletter or have left comments on this site, you have the right to request to receive an exported file of your personal data, including any data you have provided to us. You also have the right to request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data I am obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
