2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
1/4 cup butter, at room temperature
2/3 cup granulated white sugar
1/3 cup light brown sugar, packed
2 large eggs
1/2 cup apple cider
2 cups peeled and chopped apples (I used 2 Gala and 1 Granny Smith.)
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice

Seeing these pictures makes me so sad that I don’t have even one slice left to eat right now. I’m trying to find any reasonable excuse for making two loaves in one week.
PS: I’m also trying to find a cute Halloween costume for Gemma. This baby sushi costume is very tempting…Maybe Stu and I can go as soy sauce and chopsticks.
